Okay so that's not a view of the new home!! That is a view of the Sky Tower here in Auckland from Victoria Street looking up.
Laurel and I have found, what we hope will be, a great home!!
We have been busy cleaning the house, and we are really quite unsure as to when anyone might have lived here last. It is down a long, steep switchback laneway and is the 2nd of 4 units.

Totally love the green everywhere and will have to take a picture from the top of the lane out to the harbour and islands, it is quite the view as a walk home :)

Congratulations Jill and Laurel !!! It's so good to hear and see that you've not only found a bright, spacious, comfy home near your Starship work with lots of green around but also some scenic harbour views on your way to and from your new home.

P.S. Your first picture reminded me of the unforgettable Sky Tower experience last March, of watching (from the highest observation deck) bungee jumpers leaping from the deck below to a bullseye target near the street far below in downtown Auckland.
